All-On-4
The All-on-4 is a dental technique for complete jaw reconstruction using 4 implants on which a fixed prosthesis that replaces all the teeth of the jaw is attached.

The ALL ON 4 procedure is the complete rehabilitation procedure that uses the fewest implants per jaw. As the name suggests, 4 implants are placed in the jawbone to support a complete prosthesis that is usually screw-retained in the implants. Screw-retained prostheses are prostheses attached to the implants by screws instead of being cemented on implant abutments.
Unlike ALL ON 6 procedures, the prosthesis is a complete prosthesis that goes above the gum. It is not just crowns.
Screw-retained prostheses as well as the ALL ON 4 solution are preferred when very little bone remains, especially on the second premolars and molars, where additional dental implants for ALL ON 6 solutions are usually placed.
